Every session is built around a specific outcome: a cleaner bottom turn, a faster pop-up, or a smarter read of the lineup. Here is what you can expect to work on, depending on where you are in your surf journey.
01
Build the shoulder and back strength to get into waves earlier. We break down your stroke, catch timing, and positioning so you spend less energy fighting the current and more time riding.
02
Learn to identify the peak, the shoulder, and the closeout before you paddle. We practice reading swell direction, tide shifts, and sandbar changes so you sit in the right spot every set.
03
Your pop-up sets the tone for the whole ride. We drill the foot placement, hip drive, and head position that get you to your feet faster and more balanced, even in steep takeoffs.
04
Generate speed and set up for maneuvers with a proper bottom turn. We focus on weight transfer, rail pressure, and looking where you want to go, so your turns feel sharp and controlled.
05
Know how to spot a rip current, escape a hold-down, and choose a safe entry point. This module covers the practical skills that keep you confident in unfamiliar breaks along the Indian coast.
06
Match your board to the conditions and your skill level. We review volume, rocker, and fin setups so you understand why a fish works in small surf and a shortboard shines in hollow waves.
For founders building a surf program, the value is in the structure: measurable progress, repeatable drills, and a clear way to coach clients without guesswork.
Learn to spot shifting sandbars and rip currents before you paddle out. This cuts down wasted sessions and keeps your crew safe on unfamiliar breaks.
Each session includes a frame-by-frame review of your bottom turn and paddle entry. You see exactly where speed is lost, not just a general tip.
Build shoulder stability and core endurance with routines that match your surf schedule. No gym membership required, just a sand dune and a resistance band.
Get a clear recommendation for your weight, skill level, and the typical wave size at your local break. Stop renting the wrong board and stalling your progress.
After every block, you receive a short report: what improved, what to repeat, and what to try next. This turns vague feelings into a concrete training log.
Every session starts with a quick check of currents, wind, and tide. You learn to make smart calls about when to paddle out and when to wait.
Clear definitions and conditions so there are no surprises when you start training with us.
We define intermediate as someone who can paddle out unassisted, catch green waves consistently, and perform basic bottom turns. Advanced means you are linking maneuvers, riding steep faces, and handling waves over head height. If you are unsure where you fit, your initial assessment will place you correctly.
We film your sessions from the beach and break down your paddling, pop-up, turns, and wave selection frame by frame. You receive a private review link with timestamped notes and a written action plan. Footage is never shared publicly without your written consent.
Each plan covers mobility drills, balance work, and endurance circuits specific to surfing. You get a weekly schedule you can do at home or in a gym, with progress check-ins every two weeks. No equipment is required beyond a resistance band and a stable surface.
Yes. Surfing happens in the ocean, so conditions matter. If a session is cancelled due to unsafe surf or weather, we reschedule at no extra cost. Land-based sessions and video reviews go ahead as planned regardless of conditions.
You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start time without any fee. Cancellations inside that window are charged at half the session rate. No-shows are billed in full. This keeps the schedule fair for other surfers and our instructors.
We recommend bringing your own board so you train on equipment you know. If you are traveling, we can arrange a rental board from a partner shop at the beach. Wetsuits are not needed for most Indian surf conditions, but we advise on rash guards and sun protection.
